Inside Line Promotions – WINDOM, Minn. (Sept. 6, 2018) – Big Game Motorsports will invade Wisconsin for an IRA Sprint Car Series doubleheader this weekend.

Kerry Madsen and the Muddy backed team are scheduled to compete on Friday at Grondik Law Speedway in Superior during the Northern Nationals and on Saturday at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond during the Jerry Richert Memorial.

Madsen has won at both tracks, including capturing a World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series triumph at Cedar Lake Speedway this year.

“I haven’t been to Superior in probably a decade,” he said. “We were there once in 2007 or 2008 and I won. It was a while ago.”

Madsen has a lot more laps at Cedar Lake Speedway, where he swept the World of Outlaws doubleheader last year and claimed the finale of this season’s doubleheader thanks to a late pass with three laps remaining.

“Usually they have a pretty good surface for the A Main with a bottom and a top,” he said. “It’s a fun place to race.”

Madsen enters the weekend fresh off a win during the Knoxville Raceway season finale last month and he’s riding a three-race podium streak. He also has earned five podiums and seven top fives in his last 10 races.
